All signs remain the local Signs to Celebrate Celebrator’s property. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the signs is prohibited.  Signs should not be moved without consent from the local Celebrator. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced. Celebrators are local individuals that manage and maintain each designated locations.

Our Policies

How Signs to Celebrate Works?

After placing your order, you’ll get an automated confirmation that we received your order. Your local Celebrator will call you if they have any questions. Please note you are paying for a rental and not purchasing the signs.

Setup may occur from 8:00 pm the day before to 7:30 am the day of the reservation, if you need an earlier setup please let your Celebrator know.  We then pick up the signs later than Sunset on the (last) day of the reservation, anywhere from 8:00 pm to 7:30 the next day.

Delivery, set up and take down of the sign greetings are all included in the price. If this is a gift make sure to let the homeowners know we will be setting up in their yard.

What methods of payment accepted?

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, and MasterCard.

We are currently set up for Paypal and will be launching Venmo soon!

What areas do we cover?

We are adding Celebrators nationwide.  Please check our Book Now link to see if your zip code is covered, and if not, consider being a Celebrator in your area (Rewards, Flexible Schedule, etc.) Some area’s are considered to be our extended delivery zone and there is an extra fee.

Yes!  Please let us know and we will gladly work with you.  No party should only last 24 hours! We discount for additional days.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your order you must do so 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Otherwise you will be given a credit to schedule on a different day.

What happens if my Celebrator cancels my reservation?

Please keep in mind that we never want to cancel a Celebration, but due to weather or an emergency we may have to cancel.  The Celebrator will cancel as soon as they can and you will be issued a full refund.

How do I check the status of my reservation?

Once booked you will receive a confirmation, please reach out to the Celebrator immediately if you have any changes.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Weather can be unpredictable and may prevent us from setting up your display or delay setups.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way.  We will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund. 

Can signs be set up a different time?

We are here to meet the needs of your occasion. Make sure to let us know on your order under special instructions that you need a different time and we will work to accommodate it.

Refunds will not be given based on the following

-if homeowner or business requests signs be removed.

-If wrong address is provided while booking

-Any circumstances excepting weather that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control. ​
